As God encounters us in His Word, faith is released into our lives. Studying God’s truth empowers us to believe in who He is, who we are, and how He wants us to live.

Reunion With The Father

Reunion With The Father

Joaquin Evans, senior leader of Bethel Austin, shows us the importance of being responsible for bringing healing to our brothers and sisters in Christ.

There is a rift that God is healing. A racial divide in our nation that has gone back a long time, but God the father is bringing healing. Additionally, there is also a political divide that is deep and painful for some. Throughout all this the father is bringing healing and it's time we learn how to love one another, even when we don't agree. Why is this important? For the simple reason that we are all family and God's version of kingdom is family. The body has been attacking itself and how many people know you can't live or operate in strength, if your body's attacking itself. Christ's body has been attacking itself for way too long. If we believe that God is offering an upgrade in love, then we have brothers and sisters on each side of every divide. Even though we have brothers and sisters on the other side of the racial divide, this shouldn't be called a divide. There is not one since we're all one in Christ. We have brothers and sisters on the other side of a political divide, but in Christ we are all considered one.

Psalms 1:33 says, “behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.”

When Jesus died he made reconciliation back to the father available to bring things back to the way that they were supposed to be before sin ever entered the picture in the first place. As believers we are called by God to remove unforgiveness, not holding on to offense. Lets all do this with the help of the Holy Spirit.
