“Just meditate on his goodness. Taste it again. Look and behold it again. Gaze upon his beauty again and put our hand in his hand again. Let him pull us onto the dance floor again.”
— Pastor Joaquin Evans
Joaquin Evans, senior leader of Bethel Austin, shows us how to mediate on God, while ruminating on his word.
Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally brothers and sisters, whatever things are true, whatever things are, noble, whatever things are just, what are the things are pure, whatever things are, lovely, whatever things are of admirable- if there is anything excellent or praiseworthy, meditate on these things”. Many of you will know that the Bible also tells us to taste and see that the Lord is good to meditate here.
Have we learned how to linger in our moments with God? People who are in love linger, is that a reflection of how we entrust ourselves in his goodness? We should not be in a hurry but to savor our moments with God, trusting how good the father is so that we can follow him as he moves in our lives.
