The Best Is Yet To Come!

To kick off 2026, Bethel Austin had the joy of hearing from trusted voices — friends and fathers — who released insight, encouragement, and declarations at our New Year prophetic service. We say “yes and amen” to a future and a hope full of God’s goodness over our house.

Click on the video to watch the service featuring our friends, Dano McCollam and Bethany Hicks, as well as video appearances from Bill Johnson, Kris Vallotton, Danny Silk, and Steve Backlund. We also invite you to partner with declarations for 2026, and contend with us in prayer that the promises of God will be fulfilled on earth as it is in heaven!

There’s so much destiny on this house! …There’s going to be a culture of joy that marks you as a community. …You guys are going to be carriers of joy in a way that is culturalized — that actually people are like, “Hey, you want to go to the hopeful church? You want to go to the happy church? You want to go to the to the place where there’s expectation for a positive future?” …It’s not just an invitation; it literally is a culture that you are carrying.

There are songs that need to be released that [are] coming from the message of Christ that’s uniquely in Bethel Austin. And I feel like this is the time, that this is the convergence of what God has done in you, God has formed in you — that now it’s time to songify it. Now it’s time to release the melody because this is the sound of Bethel Austin and this is the beacon that will go out.

2026 Declarations

Declaration 1

We enter into 2026 with the Alpha and Omega — the One who knows the state of how we each began the year, the One who knows how our year will end, the One who longs to fill our days with His precious nearness, prosperous healthiness, blessed wealthiness, boundless goodness, and the highway of holiness.

As a church, as individuals, as families, as a community, we trust in the Lord this year with all our hearts and choose to not lean on our own understanding. In all of our ways, we will acknowledge Him and let Him direct our paths, which will be better than we can ask, think, or imagine because our Father enjoys exceeding our plans with favor-filled abundance, lavish love, and destiny-appointed wonder.

Our desire is to continually encounter the Lord God Almighty and be transformed by His glorious presence. Our heart is to behold the Maker of the heavens and the earth, and worship Him in the beauty and splendor of His holiness. Our passion is to bless the Lord from the depths of our soul and all that is within us.

Our song is a joyful noise unto the Lord. Our testimony is that God called us out of darkness into His marvelous light. Our thanks is remembering the breakthrough of being carried on the eagles’ wings out of captivity and into freedom.

In this new year — a year marked with new beginnings — the page is turning and the wind is shifting. We will soar higher with wings like eagles into a new chapter of renewed strength; soar higher into increased trust; soar higher into heavenly places; soar higher into God’s prosperous plans for a future full of hope; soar higher into the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Declaration 2

Bethel Austin is a vision-guided house called to bring revival that leads to reformation — in the church, in families, and across every sphere of society. Through worship, the Word, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and authentic community, we partner with Jesus to transform Austin and beyond with the awe, truth, and power of heaven on earth.

Our mandate is revival in us; reformation through us. We fully embrace a passionate lifestyle of revival that makes our hearts seek and dwell with everlasting burnings in the transformative presence of God. This lifestyle fuels hunger and thirst for righteousness; burns away sin, compromise, and counterfeit; purifies our hearts, minds, hands, hearing, and vision.

This lifestyle ignites us to speak, communicate, prophesy, and declare uprightly with faith that moves mountains, hope that does not disappoint, and love ourselves and others because of the gravitational pull of the fiery love of God.

As a house, we say ‘yes’ to serving our apostolic capital city and beyond as kingdom ambassadors to see societal transformation happen for the glory of the Lord. We declare the banner of the Lord flies high over Austin.

We declare our city will reap reformational benefits as sons and daughters who boldly and compassionately engage every metron with the good news of Jesus; engage as heaven-sourced salt and light; and engage with Holy Spirit-led solutions anchored in wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord.

Bethel Austin is a multigenerational church living in the awe, truth, and power of an unshakable kingdom that invites heaven’s reality into everything we are called and anointed to do, which will have a dynamic and dunamis impact in our assigned land, in the name of Jesus and for the name of Jesus!

Declaration 3

We press in for more in 2026! We declare a shift in 2026! We shake off the debilitating dust of a past season and run into a new season of greater glory in 2026! We decree wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of our times in 2026! We will celebrate longstanding promises fulfilled in 2026! We will see breakthrough happen in 2026! We will give the final push for delivery in 2026!

This year, we expect more salvations, baptisms, and tongues of fire! We will encounter a transference of wealth! We will witness an increase of healings and creative miracles! We will watch the prodigals come home! We will experience the cloud the size of a man’s hand supernaturally expand to a bountiful, overflowing, Holy Spirit downpour in 2026!

May this downpour flood dry places with peace and holiness. May this downpour water the seeds of salvations to produce a blessed harvest of sons and daughters that say, ‘I am the Lord’s’ — a blessed harvest of hearts who flow with rivers of living water.

May this downpour soak our thirsty land with joyful refreshing, marketplace revitalization, and family restoration. May this downpour seep deeply into fallow ground with showers of righteousness that reaps the fruit of steadfast love. May this downpour saturate our highways, byways, and waterways with the cleansing, life-giving, sparkling river of God’s pleasures.

We declare the floodgates of heaven are open over Bethel Austin, open over our homes, open over our finances, open over our creativity, open over our capital city, open over our government, open over our region, and open over our state. We say ‘yes’ to overflowing blessings and we prophesy, ‘Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain!’
